Social Performance 101

This series of papers will help to improve your understanding of social performance (SP). It provides basic guidance on how to improve a company’s social performance and suggests possible approaches. The primary audiences are early-career social performance practitioners and others with an interest in or need to understand social performance. This includes human resources, procurement, and environmental teams, as well as site and construction managers. Social performance depends on the actions of the entire organization so disciplines across the organization need the tools to work together to facilitate strong social performance outcomes.
