            Tozama Kulati Siwisa, Executive Director of West Wits MLI and Head of Corporate Affairs at West Wits Mining, is a South African mining leader with over 20 years of experience in stakeholder engagement, ESG strategy, and community development. Since joining West Wits in 2020, she has been instrumental in shaping the environmental, governmental, and community frameworks of the Witwatersrand Basin Project, driving initiatives that create jobs, empower women and youth, and support sustainable livelihoods beyond mining.
