From 1 July 2026, more Australian organisations will be required to comply with mandatory climate disclosure regulations. Are you ready?

Join us for an insight-led webinar for risk leaders and sustainability professionals whose organisations will be required to report under the climate disclosure framework. We will break down what the new requirements mean for you, best practice for compliance, and the implications for your organisation’s risk management strategies.

From July 2026, mandatory climate disclosure regulations will apply to Australian organisations that meet one or more of the following criteria:

  • 250 or more employees
  • $200 million or more in annual revenue
  • $500 million or more in consolidated gross assets

Key topics

  • Understanding requirements: Gain clarity on what the framework means for your organisation and what you will be expected to disclose.
  • Practical readiness and resourcing: Learn how to stand up fit-for-purpose governance, processes, and accountabilities.
  • Data and controls for reporting: Explore effective data collection, assurance readiness, and controls to support disclosures.
  • The impacts on insurance: Consider potential D&O insurance implications and how insurance can help manage climate-related and reporting risks.
