RECOGNISING THE POSITIVE IMPACT OF AUSTRALIAN RESOURCES AND ENERGY COMPANIES IN AFRICA

The AAMEG Awards are back for 2025, with revised categories providing more opportunities than ever to showcase your contribution – from driving enhanced socioeconomic outcomes, to service innovation, company leadership and individual excellence.

Across Africa, Australian companies are creating meaningful change – driving economic growth, empowering communities and building a legacy of sustainable development.

The AAMEG Awards shine a spotlight on these contributions, recognising the companies making a real difference for local communities and the broader region.

Now in its seventh year, the Awards honour the human stories behind the industry – where leadership and innovation are transforming lives and shaping a better future.

Held during the Africa Down Under Conference in September, this prestigious event is a platform to showcase the impact of your work on the ground.

The awards are open to Australian companies engaged in the African resources sector. This includes explorers, producers, mining services companies and non-profit organisations/charities that partner with Australian resource companies in Africa. Both AAMEG members and non-members can enter.

Stand out. Be recognised. Share your story. Nominate today.
