Angola Fertiliser and Farm Productivity Program (AFFPP)
- An exploration and development company with a vision to build a nutrient supply and distribution business that stimulates agricultural production and promotes food security in Angola and the broader Economic Community of Central African States (ECCAS)
- Signed with independent non-profit organisation International Fertiliser Development Centre (IFDC) – multi-year project to support the development of the local fertiliser market in Angola
- The Angolan Fertiliser and Farm Productivity Program is estimated to reach 3-4million smallholder farmers, grow the local fertiliser market, double crop productivity, improve urban food security, reduce food costs and imports and in Cabinda: job creation and industry growth
- Adopted the World Economic Forum ESG framework, set up impact measurement plans for governance, anti-corruption practices, ethical behaviour, child labour, GHG emissions, land use, ecological sensitivity, water consumption, diversity and inclusion, pay equality and local tax payments.
