“Meet ‘n Greet: Please join us for an invitation-only event to connect Australia’s exploration and operating mining companies with development finance institutions, commercial lenders, equity providers and infrastructure sponsors active in Africa. The event is aimed at providing a focused but informal forum for investors and lenders to meet Australian mining companies and for those companies to explore financing options in relation to their mining operations and associated infrastructure requirements.
When: Tuesday of Indaba; 5 February 2013
Time: 2pm – 4pm, but feel free to arrive late or leave early if you need to.
Where: 5 minutes walk from the Indaba Convention Centre: Hollow on the Square Restaurant, Jetty Street.

Mining Indaba™ and IntierraRMG combine to provide mining insight
A new pre-conference course added to the agenda. The annual Investing in African Mining Indaba™ Mining Indaba, the organiser of the world’s largest investment mining event, has formalised a strategic business relationship with IntierraRMG, the leading supplier of business intelligence to the global resources sector. The partnership centres upon providing IntierraRMG’s renowned Mining Insight course at the 19th edition of the African Mining Indaba on 4 February in Cape Town, South Africa. The workshop is designed as a commodities fundamentals masterclass and will be delivered by IntierraRMG Editorial Director, Dr Chris Hinde, and by the Founder and Managing Director of Raw Materials Group, Professor Magnus Ericsson.
